Please contact the third party seller if you didn’t purchase your products at emerginC.com

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email info@emerginc.com  for an exchange or refund. We will refund products if the items are shipped to us within 30 days provided the item is more than 2/3 full. You must notify us first for a return authorization.

Please include your order number, full name and products you wish to return in the email. Once you contact the emerginC team, we will send you further instructions on how to return your items.
